Technical IT skills, including troubleshooting hardware issues, managing server rooms, performing switch testing, and coordinating IT support activities. Proficient communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise between technical teams, third-party providers, and business users. Experience in IT vendor and service management, including coordinating support contracts, managing service reviews, and ensuring issue resolution. Understanding of change management processes, with the ability to gather business requirements and support IT project implementation. Skilled problem-solving mindset, with the ability to diagnose technical issues and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives. Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to work on-site at the manufacturing facility in Fraga, Spain.
